Terms of Service - VitalOS Cycle

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using VitalOS Cycle ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the
app.
2. Description of Service
VitalOS Cycle is a privacy-first cycle tracking application that:
- Stores all your cycle data locally on your device only
- Tracks periods, symptoms, and predicts future cycles
- Never syncs your personal health data to any server
Medical Disclaimer: VitalOS Cycle is not a medical device. It's for informational purposes
only. Always consult healthcare providers for medical advice.
Privacy-First: Your cycle data never leaves your device. We cannot see it, access it, or
recover it if you lose your device.
3. Subscription Model
VitalOS Cycle offers a 14-day evaluation period for new users. After the evaluation period, a subscription is
required to continue adding data. Existing data remains accessible and can be exported at any time.
- Subscription options are available monthly and annually
- Billing begins immediately upon subscription
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Manage subscriptions through your device's app store settings (iOS) or within the app (Android)
4. Your Data
- All cycle data is stored only on your device
- Deleting the app deletes all your data permanently
- We cannot recover your data - we never had it
- New device = fresh start (manual export/import only)
5. Data Export
You can export your cycle data as JSON at any time from Settings. This is YOUR backup responsibility - we
don't store backups.
6. Prohibited Uses
Don't use VitalOS Cycle to:
- Violate any laws
- Harm yourself or others
- Make medical decisions without professional guidance
7. Disclaimers
- Predictions are estimates, not guarantees
- Service provided "as is" without warranties
- We're not responsible for health decisions you make
- The app may have bugs or interruptions
8. Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy. Summary: Your cycle data stays on your device.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
