By downloading, installing, or using the VitalOS mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

VitalOS provides a privacy-first nutrition tracking application that:

No Account System: VitalOS does not have user accounts. Your device generates an anonymous identifier for subscription management only. We cannot identify you, recover lost data, or access your health information.
Medical Disclaimer: VitalOS is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes.

Data on Your Device

You have complete ownership and control of all health data on your device. We cannot access, view, use, or retrieve this data. It exists solely on your device.

The VitalOS app, its design, and the community food database are our property. The VitalOS name and logo are our trademarks. Your personal health data is your property and remains on your device.

7. Accuracy of Information

Food database entries come from USDA and community contributions. We cannot guarantee accuracy of all nutritional information. Users should verify critical nutritional data independently, especially for medical dietary requirements.

Your use of VitalOS is governed by our Privacy Policy. Summary: We can't see your health data because it never leaves your device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitalOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data (which we cannot recover), arising from your use of the Service.

Data Loss

You acknowledge that deleting the app, device failure, or software bugs may result in permanent data loss. We cannot recover data we never had access to.

Subscription Orphaning

If you delete the app without cancelling your subscription, you must contact your payment provider directly to cancel. We cannot identify you to help.
